Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a GroveFeed account or using the GroveFeed application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use GroveFeed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GroveFeed. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on GroveFeed. By posting content, you grant GroveFeed LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, distribute, and deliver your content to your connections through the service and through our infrastructure providers (including cloud hosting and content delivery networks). This license exists solely to operate the service and ends when you delete your content or account.

You may not post content that: is illegal or promotes illegal activity; is pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene; depicts graphic violence, gore, or self-harm; is harassing, threatening, bullying, or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin; exploits, endangers, or sexualizes minors in any way; infringes on intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks; contains malware, viruses, or harmful code; impersonates another person or entity; promotes terrorism, extremism, or organized crime; is spam, fraudulent, or deceptive; promotes dangerous activities, substances, or challenges; or violates any applicable laws or regulations. GroveFeed reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders.

4. Subscription & Pricing

GroveFeed costs $5 per month after a free trial period. Your first month is free. Payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchases. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the app’s Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Referral program: Each user receives a unique referral link. When a new user signs up using your referral link, you receive one additional free month. There is no limit to the number of referral months you can earn.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

Users can report blooms and user profiles that violate these terms using the in-app reporting tools. GroveFeed LLC reserves the right to review reports, remove content that violates these guidelines, and suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders, with or without notice. We aim to review reports within 48 hours.

6. Privacy

Your use of GroveFeed is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. GroveFeed does not sell user data. GroveFeed does not display advertisements. GroveFeed does not use algorithmic content recommendations.

7. Intellectual Property

GroveFeed, including its name, logo, design, botanical vocabulary, and underlying technology, is the intellectual property of GroveFeed LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service.

8. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content on GroveFeed infringes your copyright, please contact admin@grovefeed.com with: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized. GroveFeed LLC will remove infringing content in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

9. Limitation of Liability

GroveFeed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GroveFeed LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app’s Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

11. Environmental Commitment

For every user who maintains an active subscription for 12 consecutive months, GroveFeed will fund the planting of one tree through a verified reforestation partner.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of GroveFeed after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
